Short walk.
Easy ride.

    Come by train and hop on our shuttle from Stevenage station to the cabins. No taxi queue, no lugging bags. Full times will be sent before the shows.

  • 30 min walk to the gig

    From the cabins it's about a 30 minute walk to Knebworth Park. We'll share the route with everyone who books.

  • Early in, late out

    Early check-in and late checkout are included. Drop your bags before the show and have a lie-in after.

Good questions.

Is this official?

No. We're an independent, privately run site on our own land near Knebworth Park. We're not affiliated with Oasis, Knebworth House or the event promoters. You'll still need your own gig ticket.

When does booking open?

Soon. Everyone on the waitlist gets first access before we open to the public, by email (and by text if you leave your number).

How much will it cost?

Pricing will go to the waitlist first. Joining is free and doesn't commit you to anything.

Do I need a gig ticket to stay?

We recommend it. The cabins are for fans going to the shows, but we can't sell or guarantee gig tickets.

How far is it to Knebworth Park?

About a 30 minute walk. We'll share the route with everyone who books.

How do I get there?

We'll run a shuttle from Stevenage station. Full times will be sent before the shows.

What's included?

A private cabin for two with twin single beds, your own shower, toilet and basin, heating, power, a kettle, a microwave and a small fridge. Bedding and towels details will be confirmed when booking opens.

Can I book more than one cabin?

Yes. Tell us your group size on the form and we'll work out how many cabins you need.

Can I book more than one night?

Yes. Pick as many nights as you like on the form.

What are check-in and checkout times?

Early check-in and late checkout are included, so you can drop your bags before the show and have a lie-in after. Exact times will be confirmed when booking opens.

Is there parking?

Parking details will be confirmed when booking opens. The shuttle from Stevenage station is the easiest way to arrive.

Is it secure?

Every cabin has heavy-duty lockable doors and shuttered windows, with keypad entry available.

Are the cabins accessible?

Cabins have a step at the entrance. If you have accessibility needs, email us and we'll do our best to help.

Can children stay?

Under 18s are welcome with an adult who is booking.

What if I can't make it?

Our cancellation policy will be shared before you book. Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to anything.

Knebworth Cabins (“we”, “us”) runs this waitlist. We are the data controller for the details you give us. You can contact us about your data at hello@example.com.

What we collect

  • Your name and email address.
  • Your mobile number, if you choose to give it.
  • The nights you're interested in and your group size.
  • When you gave consent, plus basic technical details (your browser type, the page that referred you and any campaign tags in the link you clicked) so we know which adverts and channels work.

We use a one-way hash of your IP address for a short time to stop spam. We don't store your IP address.

Why we use it

  • To tell you when booking opens and give you first access, by email and by text if you gave your number.
  • To send you pricing and availability for the 2027 shows.
  • To understand demand for each night so we can plan the site.

Our lawful basis is your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations). You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email, replying STOP to a text, or emailing us. Withdrawing doesn't affect anything we did before.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We use a trusted service provider to run the site: Railway, which hosts the website and the database in the EU (Netherlands). If we use an email or text service to contact you, it will only process your details on our instructions. Some providers may process data outside the UK under approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist details until the end of the 2027 shows, then delete them within 3 months, unless you book with us or ask to hear about future events.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email hello@example.com and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. We keep campaign tags in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, only so we can record which link brought you here.
